Please note that access to the SkyPark Observation now requires guests to utilize the outer pathways of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3. The new route involves exiting through B at Bayfront MRT, taking the left escalator down to ground level 1, and walking along outside from tower 1 to tower 3. In case of rain, guests should exit via C to Mall B2M, go past HUGO BOSS, and then take the right escalator up to Tower 3 for entry to the Observation Deck.

- Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to availability - wait time to enter will be based upon Observation Deck capacity.
- Guests are not permitted to take luggage up to the SkyPark Observation Deck. All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes and other possessions when entering the SkyPark Observation Deck.
- Throwing any item over the edge of the SkyPark Observation Deck is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must wear footwear – bare feet are not permitted. Loitering on the SkyPark Observation Deck is not permitted.
