Overview of Ingredients and Spices Learn about essential ingredients and spices used in the region’s cooking. I will explain their health benefits, origins, and flavor profiles. 3. Hands-On Cooking Under the my guidance, you’ll prepare 2-4 traditional dishes step by step. Depending on the cuisine, you may learn techniques like: Rolling dough for bread or flatbreads (e.g., naan, tortillas). Balancing spices to create authentic curries, stews, or sauces. Preparing appetizers, main courses, and desserts. 4. Cultural Insights Alongside the cooking process, we share stories, traditions, or anecdotes tied to the dishes being made.
