Please do not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to odor
Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
Check-in at the Information Hut in the Visitors Centre a minimum of 30 minutes before the experience time
For senior, please present a concession card when visiting
For Animal Experiences, if the Lions do not turn up for the experience, you will be offered to re-schedule or refund
