Time arrangement: The departure time of the group is around 7 o'clock, and the trip usually ends around 18 o'clock, and you will be sent back to the hotel or the pick-up point. We will inform you of the meeting time again the day before the tour, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time.

The minimum departure time for the group is 2 people, and a 5-seat/7-seat/9-seat car will be arranged according to the number of people in the current group.

[Special tips for Yulong River rafting]:

1. Before getting on the bamboo raft, each tourist must wear a life jacket, and cannot take it off during the trip, and keep the electronic products carried with you.
2. Yulong River Scenic Area stipulates that pregnant women, disabled people, etc. are strictly prohibited from riding Yulong River bamboo rafts. Children under 1 meter and people over 70 years old cannot ride double bamboo rafts. If there are people who cannot ride, they can choose Yulong River 8-person bamboo rafts, or change to free walking Yulong River. Please contact Klook customer service in advance.
3. Yulong River double bamboo raft is an artificial bamboo raft that can take 2 tourists. The minimum number of people to set off is 2. If there is a single person, you need to pay the empty raft fee to pack the raft (because the ticket is now issued under the real-name system, the scenic area does not provide rafting services). The single empty raft fee for the bamboo raft from Shui'erdi to Gongnong Bridge is 100 yuan, and the single empty raft fee from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian is 160 yuan.
4. The rafting time is only for reference. The raft workers are controlled by the Yulong River Scenic Area. Please determine the actual bamboo rafting time based on the raft worker's rowing speed on the day.
5. Yulong River double bamboo raft guests weighing 200 kilograms alone need to pack the raft, and the combined weight of the two cannot exceed 320 kilograms.
6. In case of holidays [especially during the Spring Festival, May Day, and National Day Golden Week], the Yulong River Pier will select the rafting section based on the number of visitors to the scenic area on that day. If the bamboo raft queue is too long or tickets are temporarily suspended, you can switch to other attractions of equal value or refund the price difference and change to hiking instead.
