Anyone over 150cm ( 4′11″)tall can join this tour.
Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

Please kindly understand that we are unable to guarantee allergy-free meals, accommodation of dietary restrictions or the substitutions, as the food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to us.
Cycling under the influence of alcohol, and using a smartphone while cycling are strictly prohibited by law in Japan. Penalties will be imposed on violators, as well as on bicycle providers and fellow passengers. (Smartphone use is allowed when the bicycle is stopped.) You must follow traffic rules as instructed by your guide.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for cycling.
As we will enter buddhist and shintoist facilities, please make sure to wear respectful clothing.
Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best tour for everyone, we must start the tour on time. You will not be able to join the tour, get a refund or reschedule if you are late for the tour and miss the group.
Japan's climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 40°C (110°F) and winter lows of -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly (water, hat, sunglasses etc.). The tour might be cancelled in case of unsuitable weather for safety reasons.

After seeing the Kennin-ji temple, get ready to cycle again for a nice ride to the Nanzen-ji temple where your guide will give you some insights about Zen and the old days of Kyoto! Breeze through beautiful local streets in a historical city and enjoy a delicious lunch at a Japanese tea house! Enjoy the local Kyoto oasis that is Kamogawa River with a relaxing cycle along its riverbanks to finish the tour off!
