- Drivers must be at least 16 years of age. Passengers are typically accepted from 8 years old and above
- Children under 16 riding an ATV (even as a passenger) must be supervised by a parent or guardian and will be under the close guidance of our tour instructors
- Participants must be in good physical condition and free from medical conditions that could be exacerbated by the activity (e.g., heart conditions, back problems, recent surgeries, pregnancy)
- Participants are required to adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the tour guide or instructor throughout the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to terminate participation, without refund, for any risky riding or disruptive conduct
- For your safety and to protect the natural environment, you must remain on the marked trails. Do not attempt to take shortcuts, veer off the path, or explore unauthorized areas
- Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund
- No flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed footwear are allowed
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement

For your convenience, we offer hotel pickup from Chaweng, Choeng Mon, Plai Laem, Bo Phut, Maenam, Bang Por, Lamai, and Nathon, though this service is primarily for accommodations situated near the main road. If you're staying on a hill, please make your way to a nearby hotel or a designated meeting point for pickup. Our pickup times are between 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Your exact pickup time will be sent to you via email, so please check your inbox for this detail. We kindly ask that you be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late, or if you are not present when we depart, your reservation may be considered a no-show
