Enjoy a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu
Gather at the basecamp for everyone, including self-driven guests
Once everyone arrives at the basecamp, freshen up, and sit down for a delicious lunch buffet
Proceed to start Point. Safety briefing will be conducted by our expert river guide before starts to enter the water.
Your white water rafting begins! The excursion will take about 2 hours to the ending point, depending on the speed and number of stops
Arrive at the ending point, freshen up, Change and be ready to depart to the next station
Proceed to Arubay Firefly Jetty for another excitement of firefly tour
Arrival at the Firefly basecamp. High tea served with coffee/tea and Local Snack Pisang Goreng (fried banana). Free time while waiting for another group to arrive.
Mangrove Cruising starts. Explore the wide mangrove river and get to know more knowledge and fun facts about mangrove living in Malaysia.
Proceed to the beach to watch the sunset
Enter another mangrove area to watch the fireflies
Firefly session finishes, proceed back to the jetty for dinner
Proceed back to Kota Kinabalu after dinner.

- A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity
- Recommend to bring: Extra money, extra clothing, shoes/sandal and comfortable swimwear
- The tour not recommended for children under 5 year old and people that got chronic dicease that prevent the movement during the activity
- Always provide your own medicine & inform our tour guide on your pain
- Anything not stated in the itinerary/written communication is considered as not included and shall be borne by the guest
- Driver will wait for guests only 10 mins from stated pick-up time (written communication by our operation team to the guest via Whatsapp/email/SMS cut-off time 9 pm day before tour commences)
- "No Show" will be considered if guest does not show up at hotel lobby/arranged meeting point. This will apply on the cancellation policy as 0% refund
- 80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time.
- The tour is entitled to postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk assessment and decision is made by the tour guide/driver/any of our representative. A new tour date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)
