The final return time for kimonos/yukatas is 18:30. Customers who wish to return the item the next day must return it by 15:00 the following day. *Customers who wish to add options are asked to pay at the store.

For safety reasons, we are unable to provide dressing services for the following customers: pregnant women, people with injuries, and people using wheelchairs.
Regarding prohibited acts and clothing during activities. ``Getting your clothes dirty or going to a dangerous place.'' The total cost may increase depending on the selection of rental kimono and optional items. Additional charges can be paid in-store with cash or credit card.
Please note that depending on the time of day and season, you may have to wait between 30 and 90 minutes.
