Please return the kimono before 17:00 on the same day. If the return is delayed within 30 minutes, an overtime fee of JPY 1,000 per person will be charged. The actual situation is subject to notification by the on-site staff.
If you need to return the kimono the next day, please inform the on-site staff in advance and pay an additional fee of JPY 1,000 per person on site and a deposit of JPY 10,000 per person. The deposit will be refunded when the clothing is returned. Please return clothing before 15:00 the next day

The store provides free luggage storage service (valuable items such as cameras and passports must be kept by yourself and are not accepted for storage)

Let the traditional kimono shop [Sakura Kimono Oukakimono] with more than 57 years of history bring you the most comfortable kimono experience! The store offers a variety of exquisite kimonos, with over 500 kimono styles to choose from. You can also purchase photography services and ask a professional kimono photographer to capture every unforgettable moment for you!
- After arriving at the store, choose your own kimono. The complete dressing and styling process takes about 45 to 80 minutes. The actual situation depends on the congestion level on the day
- Please return the kimono before 17:00 on the same day. If the item is returned within 30 minutes after the due date, a surcharge of 1,000 yen per person will be charged. Please pay on the spot. If you need to return it the next day, please apply to the staff in advance
- If you are late for more than 30 minutes, we may not be able to provide you with service immediately, and the staff will reschedule the experience time. Please understand.
