Participants must be aged from 4 to 15 to experience job activities

Children with height under 75 cm can enter free of charge but they can not experience the job activities

Children aged under 10 must be accompanied by a guardian with an adult ticket

At least 1 experience ticket is required to enter KidZania; each experience ticket can accompanied by no more than 3 entry-only tickets

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied

The job experience is on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be a queuing time before experience time

All job experience programs are for child participation (4 to 15 years old) only, guardians can watch their children through viewing windows

Toddlers can only join Neighborhood Zone - a playground for toddlers

Children with allergies or disabilities should consult with a staff prior to the experience

Be sure to check the experience time on the tablet in front of the experience facility or ask the staffs

The last experience turn may end before the Park’s closing time in consideration of the duration of the experience

Only cash, credit card or bank transfers are acceptable at F&B and KidZania Shop (kidZos not acceptable)

Children from 120cm in height can enter independently and their guardian needs to sign an independent entry commitment
