Pick-up notice: 1. Guests can freely choose the hotel pick-up time. 2. The business staff will reconfirm the pick-up time and itinerary one week before departure. 3. Enjoy free hotel pick-up or pick-up at a hotel in downtown Bangkok or pick up and drop off at a designated pick-up location. If you need to pay an additional fee outside of Bangkok city (the business staff will notify the fee in advance, please pay directly to the driver). 4. Please arrive at the designated place ten minutes before the confirmed pick-up time. Cancellation/refund notice: If you notify the cancellation at least 24 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund. Please note that the following conditions may result in non-refundable fees: 1. If the driver is unable to contact the customer, it will wait up to six hours (depending on the situation). If it exceeds six hours, it will be regarded as a no show and no refund will be given. 2. Cancellation is notified on the day of departure, and there will be no refund. 3. If the guest is sick and unable to travel on the day of departure, please be sure to present a medical certificate, which depends on the situation. 4.
