The Temple of Venus and Roma is considered one the largest temples in Ancient Rome. It was built in 135 AD during the reign of the Roman Emperor Hadrian and was dedicated to the goddesses Venus Felix ("Venus the Bringer of Good Fortune") and Roma Aeterna ("Eternal Rome").
