- Children must purchase a child pass in the following cases:
① When using a reserved seat in an ordinary car
② When traveling alone - Luggage restrictions allow passengers to bring up to two pieces of luggage (excluding umbrellas, walking sticks, carry-ons, and bags). Each piece should not exceed 30 kg in weight, with total dimensions not exceeding 250 cm (length + width + depth) and length not exceeding 200 cm
- Refund Policy: Unused "MCO redeemable vouchers" can be refunded within 11 months of the purchase date, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Lost, stolen, or partially used PASS cannot be refunded or replaced
