The presence of Jewish culture in Porto influenced many parts in this city's history. Enjoy this 3-hour journey to medieval times and discover some of the fantastic places where Jewish culture developed and find out about the trade that thrived in the area.

It's in the old historical neighbourhood that we find the routes of Porto, the first residents, the Cathedral and the first jewish community.
It was at the Riverside area that the city developed in terms of trade and business. In the area we had a lot of merchants that had there stores and houses creating a maze of narrow streets.
The Vitória neighbourhood was one the jewish quarters we had in Porto. Established in 1386 by King João I it was one of the biggest jewish communities in the city.
