It's easy to sign up for a CrossFit class and hope for the best. But have you ever worked privately with a CrossFit coach and competitive athlete? This coach is an expert at evaluating someone's joints to choose the best movements to teach, and fitness level to make them the right amount of tired without being dead for the rest of the day.
Pickup included
We will do whatever you want to experience! Let me know what your experience level is or if there is anything specific you've ever wanted to learn and I will plan accordingly. We will start off with a warmup and mobility test to see what your body is capable of. I will plan on coaching a few new movements to challenge you and finish the hour with a 5-15 minute cardio workout.
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
The pickup location is a train station accessible from any PATH station (in Hoboken, Harrison, Jersey City, and even NYC midtown/downtown). The Grove Street Station is the station stop accessible from all the cities listed.
