- To ensure a good riding environment, please do not eat or drink in the car, and please dispose of your own garbage. If the car seats, carpets and interior are soiled, you need to pay the vehicle cleaning fee according to the actual quotation of the professional company.
- The pick-up time must be specified in advance and cannot be changed on the day.
- Drivers can wait for free for 30 minutes. If you fail to get on the bus after 30 minutes, you will need to pay an additional overtime waiting fee of 5,000 yen per hour (payable in cash on site).
- If you fail to contact the driver within 30 minutes and the driver is unable to contact you, we will charge the full amount and no longer wait.
