Purchase Summary
- Recommend setting the pick-up time for international flights 90 to 120 minutes after flight arrival (30 minutes of waiting time is free). For drop-off, arrive at the airport 2-3 hours in advance (15 minutes of waiting time is free)
- The point-to-point pick-up service includes a free waiting time of 30 minutes. If no contact is made after this period, the driver will leave without a refund
- Driver and vehicle details will be provided before 11:00 pm Japan time the day before departure. Check the order information carefully.
- Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details, including locations and connection time. Incorrect information will invalidate the order, and no refunds will be issued
- If no suitable plan is available or if unsure about the arrangement, contact customer service for special processing. If the itinerary exceeds the distance or other issues arise, a notification will be sent about the over-distance fee
- The driver will arrive around the designated time. Passengers who arrive early should wait at the meeting point. Due to traffic conditions, delays may occur. Leaving without informing the driver will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued
- To ensure payment security, funds may be adjusted. While attempts will be made to notify in advance, there may be instances where notification isn't possible. By boarding, passengers agree to any necessary payment changes. If there are conflicts with other agreements, these terms take precedence
- Please provide contact information where you can reliably be reached. If a mobile phone number is provided, ensure it is accessible in Japan. If using communication software, ensure there is an Internet connection and enable non-friend message settings. If contact fails, no refunds will be provided
- Pick-up times and locations cannot be changed the day before or on the day of travel. If a flight is delayed, contact customer service in advance, and efforts will be made to assist (extra charges may apply). If pick-up fails due to airline delays, cancellation refunds will not be provided, but compensation details may be available through the airline
- Children’s booster pads are available (for ages 3-8) on a limited basis and are not guaranteed. According to Japanese regulations, commercial vehicles do not provide child seats for children under 6. Children under 3 must be held or use a seat belt
- Late-night pick-up (between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am) incurs an additional 2,000 yen, payable to the driver on-site
- If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the order details and cannot be accommodated, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up without refund
- Eating and drinking in the vehicle is prohibited to maintain comfort. Cleaning fees, delay fees, and additional charges for damage or cancellations may apply if the vehicle is soiled
- Customer service is available from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm Japan time
- For safety, always fasten your seat belt
- Take care of valuables and fragile items. No compensation will be provided for damage

The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Surcharge
During the late night period from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, an additional JPY2,000 is charged (payable on site)
If you need a child booster pad, please inform customer service in the preparation section when placing an order. One child booster pad will be provided free of charge. An additional 2,000 yen will be charged for the second child booster pad. Please pay cash to the driver before getting on the bus. The child booster pad supply is limited and may not be available.
