Your Rome cooking class lasts for 1.5 hours, where you will learn to make two dishes from scratch in a cozy home kitchen. Guided by Ale and Larry, learn the step-by-step process on how to make handmade pasta. You will learn time-honored techniques of preparing homemade fettuccine or tagliatelle to pair with a robust ragù sauce. Follow along step-by-step as you mix and roll the dough, then cut and cook your fresh fettuccine or tagliatelle.
