We will learn how we pick them the right way, how we behave in a forest, how we prepare and cook them and even how we can store them. Welcoming you into a home of a local family, you will also get a social and cultural view of the valley.

After this we will venture into the forests around Bovec, learn the basics of mushroom picking & gather what nature will provide us with. We will head back to the base, where you will learn how to clean, prepare and store mushrooms & together we will cook something yummy in the professional kitchen of Bovec kitch'n.
