(Subject to Option Inclusions)

This plan includes pickup and drop-off near Kurashiki Bikan Quarter—no transport worries! This is an indigo dyeing experience held at a scenic spot in the Kojima area, the birthplace of Japanese denim. You can choose from four different items to dye using indigo blue, a color characteristic of Kojima. Items include towel scarves, tote bags made by Kurashiki Hampu, a local well-known manufacturer, jika-tabi boots by Margo, and large scarves that can also be used as hijabs for Muslim participants. Enjoy the views of Mt. Washu and the staff's commentary on the way to the experience site, which has a great vantage point. The venue is a 15-minute walk up a gentle slope. Even first-timers will find it easy, as Urakami Senryo, a historic dyeing company established in Kojima in 1929, will carefully teach you step-by-step through the process. Create a one-of-a-kind product unique to Kurashiki, set against the stunning backdrop of one of the world's largest double-deck bridges, beautifully blending with the tranquil islands of the Seto Inland Sea!
