Inclusions
- Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Travellers that fail to arrive before the booking time will be classed as no-show without any refund
- Please wear closed-toed shoes and appropriate clothing to protect yourself, and bring a water bottle
- Tour operates in most weather conditions – rain, hail or shine! The tour will only be cancelled in severe weather conditions such as lightning storms and high winds
- Participants cannot take any loose items on tour. No phones unless it's secured visibly attached (in a dry pouch) not in pockets
- Please note even over the summer months it may be cool up in the tree canopy. Singlets, and skirts will not be suitable attire for the full-body harness

- All children under 13 years old must be accompanied on the course by a paying adult who is above 18 years old
- Please note that participants must be at least 4 years old and a minimum of 105 cm tall
- Please note that participants need to be of a reasonable degree of physical ability and will be asked to perform four (4) consecutive deep squats and to hold the flying position for 5 seconds (sitting on a chair leaning back with legs above belly button height)
