Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children who have not yet reached their 3rd birthday (0-2 years) may accompany as a spectator under supervision the of an adult spectator but are not permitted to fly
You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
You must be able to climb up the 1.2 meter foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking
At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags
Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided on every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
