Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service for your Hong Kong trip. Just enter your details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to us over WhatsApp or iMessage and we will direct you with instructions and have you on our MiniBus to get you to your destination, no matter from hotel or cruise terminal. When booking, select the cruise terminal that corresponds with ship—either Kai Tak or Ocean Terminal. Or the Name of your hotel. Or your arrival flight number
Travel in a spacious Toyota Coaster for up to 20 passengers on the ride to Hong Kong International Airport. Nice touch: rides are available between 630am to 1030pm, seven days a week. You must reconfirm your exact pickup time / arrival flight number and we will notify your pick up location prior to your transfer (contact number will be provided on your voucher).

Arrivals, we expect your group to be out to the arrival hall 60 minutes from the moment your planes touches gate. Arrival immigration and customs should take approximately 45 minutes.

Additional Information
For Airport pick up please contact us via our number on WhatsApp or iMessage for instructions to get to the bus pick up point. This service has no greeter at arrival hall. Please specify your arrival flight number. For hotel pick up please specify your hotel name and guest name. We pick up all travellers at the cruise terminal (both Kai Tak or Ocean Terminal). Kai Tak International Cruise Terminal On the day please ask guest to follow these instructions. The ship will allow passengers to disembark off the ship to enter into the Kai Tai Cruise Terminal. Passenger must go through immigration counters and the pick up their bags and to go through customs. Once past customs guests will exit to the outside of the building and right in front there is the taxi stand. From the taxi stand please turn right hand side to head upstairs to 1/F. At 1/F is where private vehicles are and in the centre area there is pick up hall. At the pick up hall there is one vending machine, the driver will wait right by the vending machine for your pick up. I have attached the picture for this vending machine at 1/F as reference, please find this attachment on this email. Ocean Terminal Please wait by the driveway as you walk out from immigration and driver will be picking you from there. Let me know should there be any questions.

For Kai Tak International Cruise Terminal: Please head through immigration and customs and you will be lead to the exit where the taxi stand is. From the taxi stand please head to your right hand side and head upstairs to 1/F where private vehicles are located. At 1/F please wait by the vending machine (there’s only one machine on 1/F) and driver will pick you up at the vending machine on 1/F. For Ocean Terminal pick up: Please wait at the ground floor driveway for driver pick up. Driver will lead you to the elevator where the vehicle is located on the rooftop. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Valid from the time of first use, for the duration selected.
