• The menu on the page are for reference only and are subject to change. Actual availability is based on the seasonality, purchase of ingredients and stock without prior notice from the restaurant

• Guest is required to present his/her redemption ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of the restaurant for scanning the QR code on the redemption ticket

• HKITP reserves the right to assign or change table and seating arrangements

• Redemption of food and beverage items is subject to availability of such food and beverage items at the restaurant

• Each additional purchase at the restaurant will be charged at the published rate with 10% service charge

• HKITP reserve the right to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of the restaurant, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of food and beverage items; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the opening hours; (d) the capacity; and (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted. Guest can also refer to website for the latest operating hours of the restaurant

• This Ink & Plate Dinner Buffet offer at the Ink & Plate in Disney's Hollywood Hotel may be purchased at “Seller Website”, while stock lasts

• To purchase the Dinner Buffet on the Seller Website, guest must be aged 18 or above and is required to provide: (a) his/her name, credit card information, email address and other form of personal data asHKITP may require; (b) the consumption date and session (“Dining Session”); and (c) the party size of the Dinner Buffet. The Dining Session cannot be changed once they are confirmed

• A confirmation email will be sent to the guest at the email address provided during his/her purchase on the Seller Website. A redemption ticket will be issued and attached to the confirmation email for each Dinner Buffet purchased

• Each redemption ticket may be used to redeem one Dinner Buffet during the Dining Session. Guest is required to present the redemption ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device upon arrival at the entrance of the restaurant. Each guest in the party (except child under the age of 3) must redeem one Dinner Buffet at the restaurant

• Dinner Buffets purchased in the same transaction must be redeemed and used together during the same Dining Session

• The redemption ticket is only valid for use during the Dining Session as shown on the redemption ticket. Redemption tickets not used during the Dining Session or in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without exchange, refund or compensation

• HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any redemption tickets, and withhold or revoke any benefit in the redemption tickets, in each case, without refund, exchange or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the redemption tickets are used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so required

• HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices, validity or venue of any product, event, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) designate or change any block-out date; and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any product, event, offer, discount or promotion in whole or in part, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice

• The redemption tickets and redemption thereof are provided by Seller and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Seller does not provide the redemption tickets or redemption thereof on behalf of, or as agent of, HKITP or any of its affiliates. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the conduct by or activities of Seller. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, taxes, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the guests or any other person resulting from or in connection with the redemption tickets. HKITP is not responsible for resolving any dispute arising from the sale of the redemption tickets or the provision ofany offer or any other product or service by Seller

• This offer and any part thereof (including the redemption tickets) are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, andmay not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts

• Photos and other visuals shown on the Website are for reference only

• Each redemption ticket may only be used to redeem one Dinner Buffet. Duplicate, used or incomplete redemption ticket will not be accepted. Redemption tickets are void if altered or tampered with. HKITPshall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any redemption ticket. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of redemption ticket shall be final and conclusive

• In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail

• The voucher cannot be sold to third parties

• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers

• Splitting or combination of bills after ordering to redeem multiple vouchers is not allowed
