As the venue is a dark space, for safety reasons we limit the number of elementary school-aged children per guardian to three

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

People who are intoxicated or drunk, or people who are slightly tipsy but who staff deem it difficult to have a safe viewing experience

About the immersive experience
Due to strong floor vibrations, individuals who have difficulty standing or walking steadily on both feet are advised to experience the non-vibrating area. For safety reasons, those requiring prosthetics, walking aids, or wheelchairs are asked to refrain from experiencing the vibrating area
Children aged 6 and under (*1) may participate only if they are holding hands with a guardian (*2) and can follow the guidelines listed below
(*1) There is no minimum age requirement, but participants must be able to walk steadily on both feet, even when the floor vibrates strongly
(*2) Guardians must be 18 years or older. Please be aware that staff may ask for identification to verify age
Guardians are required to hold their child's hand throughout the experience, even when the floor vibrates strongly, and must closely supervise to ensure that the child does not lie down or sit on the floor
Each guardian may accompany only one child at a time for the experience. If a guardian is accompanied by two or more children under the age of 6, they will not be allowed to participate in the experience
Participants must not place any part of their body, other than the soles of their feet, in contact with the floor during the experience
Depending on the images you view, you may experience motion sickness symptoms such as dizziness or nausea. (These symptoms may become more severe after some time has passed, rather than during or immediately after viewing)
Please refrain from eating or drinking during the experience (including gum and candy)
If you start to feel unwell, please immediately notify a nearby staff member

Katsushika Hokusai was an ukiyo-e artist active during the Edo period. Widely recognized as a world-renowned artist, his fascinating life and diverse works are said to have influenced many Western art scenes, including Van Gogh and Monet. "HOKUSAI: ANOTHER STORY in TOKYO" is themed around Katsushika Hokusai's masterpiece "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji," allowing you to experience the Edo scenes depicted by Hokusai through "light, wind, earth, and sound."
