Learn how to cook stunning Vietnamese dishes with a short time - only 3 hours. Our Chef will prepare all ingredients. However Chef will show you how to choose the best ingredients and their interesting Vietnamese name. During the two-hour cooking class, you will learn to make some local dishes, such as: deep-fried spring rolls, papaya salad, pork or fish in a clay pot with steamed rice Banh Xeo (rice pancake with fresh salad). Our Chef is very friendly & enthusiastic to teach you how to cook some Vietnamese specialities and share valuable knowledge in cuisine culture. *** Sample Cooking Class Menu: - Bánh xèo - Rice pancake with Fresh Salad - Papaya salad with Shrimp Cracker - Fried spring roll - Chicken with lemongrass - Seasonal fresh fruits The menu in night time session (18:00) will be changed and be confirmed 1 day in advance) ***If you are vegetarians, ingredients for cooking will surely be changed into veggies (mushrooms, tofu, eggplant)
