Stroll through the streets of Hida Takayama Old Town, admiring the wooden buildings preserved from the Edo period, and explore local crafts and traditional snacks. You will have free time for lunch in Takayama Old Town, allowing you to choose your favorite local delicacies according to your personal taste (meal expenses are not included). Hida beef sushi, Hoba miso set meal, and grilled dumplings are all popular choices.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Shirakawa-go Gassho Village, a World Heritage Site, and step into a village that looks like it's straight out of a fairy tale. Whether it's the snowy roofs in winter, the cherry blossoms in spring, or the autumn leaves in fall, each season offers unforgettable scenery, making it an excellent choice for photography and leisurely walks.

Tour Group and Vehicle Arrangement Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of registered participants, specific vehicle type cannot be specified). Driver and tour guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver also serves as the tour guide, who can provide simple explanations in the vehicle but does not provide guided tours after getting off the vehicle. Passenger calculation: Infants and children must also be included in the number of passengers. Please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity. Please be aware. Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day. In case of traffic jams, bad weather, etc., the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding. Joining a group tour means you cannot leave the group or leave early. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal limited-time activities (cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the original plan will be followed, and no refunds will be given due to the flowering period being less than expected. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Boarding Instructions Please be on time for the meeting. We will not wait for latecomers. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal lateness, no refund will be given. Seating arrangement is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the driver on the day. Space inside the vehicle is limited. Each person can bring a maximum of 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If the vehicle becomes crowded due to temporary luggage, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Service and Communication The driver's information and boarding location will be notified via WeChat / WhatsApp / Line / Email 1 day before departure from 18:00-21:00. Please be sure to check. If you have not received a notification, please check your spam folder or contact customer service. This tour is a group tour, and you may be in the same vehicle with travelers who speak different languages. Thank you for your understanding. Fees and Additional Charges The tour does not include lunch. The driver can provide dining suggestions, and travelers can make their own arrangements within the specified time. If you need to charter a vehicle for a private tour, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, additional charges will be incurred (5,000-10,000 Japanese Yen/hour). Please be aware. Weather and Force Majeure Factors In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified whether the itinerary will be canceled 1 day before departure at 17:00. Please pay attention to emails or messages. Due to the impact of force majeure factors such as weather, attractions may be temporarily adjusted or activities may be canceled.
