- Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, foldable wheelchairs, Walker, pleas notify the local supplier.

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our UK number on 0208 935 5116. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. This service includes 3 hours viewing time (waiting time) at the Warner Bros. Studio. If going beyond the 3 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.
