From spring to autumn, the herds grazing in the green valleys of the Carpathians are a fascinating sight for visitors. They are often found in places where they are difficult to reach. On our off-road tour, we drive through endless hills and dense forests to reach a shepherd's place where we taste fresh cheese and cottage cheese, as well as local brandy. From the tops of the hills, we can see the snow-capped Carpathian Mountains and quench our thirst with the water of fresh springs!
