Li River
Local expert guide will pick you up from your Guilin downtown hotel at around 7:30 am - 8:30 am based on hotel location, and head to the pier to start this highlights trip. Upon arrival, you will board the cruise to sail along the Li River. The cruise journey offers you breathtaking views of karstic hills, mountains, caves, little streams, and crystal-clear water and picturesque pastoral views of rice paddies, bamboo groves and forests, waterfalls, ancient villages and water buffaloes. It’s a real fairyland on earth, out of the turmoil of big Chinese metropolises, you are actually sinking in a traditional Chinese painting.
Yangshuo County
It takes around four hours' sailing along Li River and lunch will be provided on the cruise ship. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you will visit the West Street, which is the oldest street in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years, but now is the most fashionable street with its unique mix of cultures. To conclude the trip, the guide will transfer you back to Guilin and drop you off at the hotel. Or if you prefer to stay in Yangshuo, please let the guide know.
