Sometimes, there are markets in Grindelwald for you to explore, trying little snacks to prepare you for the rest of your journey to Mount First.

From Grindelwald, you can take the cable car up to Grindelwald First, which is a minor summit situated on the face of Mount Schwazhorn. Its primary purpose is as a cable car station, but there are plenty of attractions to enjoy during your visit. With a range of endrenaline-fueled activiites, fine dining, and stunning vantage points on offer, you won’t be stuck for something to do once you arrive at Mount First following your cable car ride. Or, you might prefer to have some leisure time and delicious food at the First Mountain Restaurant. It may be rather cold at this altitude.
