Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late
Make sure that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode and avoid using it while inside the spa
Guests must wear the tops and bottoms provided to enter some facilities
Massages are given in rooms shared with 6 other customers
Therapists will be assigned to each guest
Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service
All guests must accomplish a health checklist before their scheduled spa treatment
Last order information - Please arrive by 8:30pm for 60 min, and 8:00pm for 90 min.
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
