Whether you're exploring Lisbon with a camera strapped around your neck, are seeking to learn more about long exposure photography, or simply want to fill in your travel gallery with mesmerizing cityscapes and landscapes, this unique photography workshop experience is ideal for you and will allow you to see the capital of Portugal in a different light.
The workshop is destined for photography amateurs with little experience in long exposure as well as more knowledgeable passionates and travellers who are not satisfied with a gallery containing only travel selfies.
Mandatory equipment:
The workshop does not include photo editing/post-processing. Each participant retains the rights to their own photos taken during the workshop and their photos only.
We'll meet shortly before the golden hour for a quick introduction of the host and the participants. Afterwards, we'll look for the best spots and set up the gear. We'll check different settings and angles, compare our preferences, and admire the views as the city prepares to welcome the night or day (depending on which option you select). We'll conclude our workshop with a quick preview of the photos taken and a small summary of the meet-up. We'll meet at Cais das Pombas, pass by the Cais do Sodré train station to the hidden river viewpoint behind it, and will turn back west towards Praça do Comércio and Cais das Colunas, where we'll conclude our workshop. We'll try different set-ups for our cameras to make best use of the golden hour, the setting sun, and the car and city lights along the way.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
