Once you meet the guide, you will head to Campo de Fiori, that hosts the statue of famous monk Giordano Bruno and in the morning takes place a lively food market, one of the oldest of the city. On the way you will have your first food tasting of appetizers with cheese, salami and red wine!

See remains of ancient Roman structures and the Rome's synagogue (only outside). Taste the famous deep-fried artichoke, a must of Roman and Jewish culinary tradition and one of the most famous roman pasta recipes, accompanied by a glass of white wine!
