- Exceeding the grace period of 45 mins will incur a surcharge of per hour, fees to be paid in cash on-site (actual price may differ)

- Meeting Time: please notify us of your preferred pick-up time when booking (guests are recommended to reserve at least 3.5 - 4 hrs in case of traffic congestion)
- Grace Period: 20 mins Exceeding the grace period of 20 mins will incur a surcharge of per hour, fees to be paid in cash on-site (actual price may differ)

- Complying with local laws, children under 12 years of age and less than 150 cm tall have to be restrained in a child car seat suitable for them when riding in a car. The driver reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers if the child under 12 years old didn't book the child seat in advance.
- If you need a car seat or wish to travel with your pet, please contact Over The Planet customer service, so we can offer applicable package options, failure to do so will result in service decline, please consider before booking
- Please notify us of the number and size of your luggage (refer to luggage capacity requirement from Vehicle Info) in the "Note" section when booking, and make sure you adhere to the capacity requirement, as the local agency reserves the right to decline service if your fail to do so
- Actual pick-up time and ride duration are dependent on traffic conditions
- If your luggage includes a golf bag, surfboard, photography equipment, or other large items, please notify us in the "Note" section when booking
- The driver will only stop at Berlin Airport (BER) or 1 location within downtown Berlin, requests for additional destinations will not be granted
- Upon your flight arrival, a grace period of 45 mins will be offered, and your driver will be waiting at the pick-up point. Please contact the driver in advance in case of flight delays or unexpected events. If the driver is not able to reach you within the 45-min grace period, the service will be cancelled without refunds. The same term applies to airport drop-off service, which is supplied with a 20-min grace period instead
- In order to avoid getting stuck in the immigration desk, it is recommended that passengers write down the expected pick-up time when placing an order. The supplier will calculate the free waiting time according to the note.
