It consists of an interpretation service for the cultivation of cocoa, which begins in the nursery, where attendees will be able to understand the importance of this product from the seed and will have the opportunity to observe how a graft is made. The talk will allow them to understand what cocoa with a fine aroma is, its importance for the country, the world and chocolate makers. During the tour they will be able to appreciate the plantations, they will learn about the varieties of cocoa, its flavors, uses, cultural, environmental data, post-harvest, and the situation of cocoa in the world. The experience at Hacienda Victoria will allow them to see with new eyes both the cocoa bean and the chocolate bar.

Hacienda Victoria offers an authentic agrotourism experience in a technical, cultural and gastronomic context that will please everyone. FINE FLAVOR CHOCOLATE SCHOOL (3.5 hours approximately) After the tour of the nursery, the plantations and the post-harvest, attendees finish the tour with a bean to bar workshop, where each tourist will learn the ten steps to make a premium chocolate. During the workshop they will receive information about the chocolate industry, the history of cocoa and cultural data that will be interesting for those present. Each participant takes their freshly made chocolate bar.
