At the feet of the Tiburtini hills you will see first Hadrian's Villa built by Emperor Hadrian based on the memories he had of the monuments and sites he had seen during his travels in the East. Stop for lunch downtown Tivoli.
Villa d'Este
Villa D'Este, one of the most beautiful residences of the Renaissance. Numbers of fountains are located there, in the heart of splendid Italian style gardens, that create a peaceful symphony of carved stone, shade, sunlight and water.
