From Treviso or Conegliano - easily reached by train from Venice or Padua,, you will discover with us the tradition of the local regional Cheese, visiting a cheese farm that produces conventional and organic cheeses. We will taste the cheese combining a good Prosecco DOCG.
In the Prosecco Road we will visit a cellar and the producer, who will explain the "Martinotti" Method and the tradition of this great italian sparkling wine. After lunch - in a traditional Osteria - we will visit the World Award-Winning firm, specialized in Cheese refining.
The tradition of this company is very suggestive... based on the "UBRIACO" cheese - which means "drunk"...
At the end, you will be back to the meeting point.
