This walking Food Tour is a CULTURAL Tour around the very City Centre of Napoli and its culinary culture. You will learn the Mediterranean history as you'll snack a personally-curated tasting menu. We'll walk around the long street of Spaccanapoli visiting some "tavola calda" to eat a selection of traditional snacks cooked and served in various ways: think eggplant, artichoke, zucchini, and more. Then we head to the historical Pignasecca Market to smell and experience the bustling Mediterranean culture. You will try a selection of different kinds of traditional Pizza, the typical spicy Tarallo Caldo and Cheeses. Fulfill that cheese craving with tastings of Mozzarella di Bufala, Fior di Latte and smoked Provola. While your Pasta Ragù is cooking, we will explore Piazza del Gesù and Piazza San Domenico Maggiore with its churches and confectioneries. Last but not least, you will savor some local sweets such as Sfogliatella or Babà.

We'll walk around the less touristy part of Spaccanapoli to admire the palaces, to understand the history of Naples. Here we'll stop to eat Pizza and the tipycal "Tarallo", a little spicy snack.
Pignasecca is the permanent food Market of Napoli. Around this area you'll breathe the authentic atmosphere of the most important Mediterranean City. You'll eat a selection of vegetable and a little fried Zeppole, or just "pizza di scarole". Fulfill that cheese craving with tastings of Mozzarella di Bufala ,Fior di Latte and smoked Provola.
