Granary Island is a historic part of Gdańsk, once filled with grain warehouses that reflected the city's wealth. Today, after revitalization, it blends modern architecture with historical heritage, featuring hotels, restaurants, and stunning views of the Motława River. This is where our first stop will be, as we visit a traditional milk bar where we will start taste two classic Polish dishes.
