Step into a truly local experience in Pisco where tradition and flavor come together. This activity takes you to a humble neighborhood restaurant founded in honor of the chef’s grandfather, a local fisherman. You'll witness a live flounder filleting using a family recipe passed down through generations. Though the chef speaks only Spanish, the authenticity speaks louder than words—this is not a staged class, but a glimpse into real coastal life. One half of the flounder becomes fresh ceviche; the other is deep-fried and served hot. Roundtrip transport from Paracas or Pisco is included, along with a cold drink of your choice. Honest, heartfelt, and deeply flavorful—this is a taste of the real Peru.
Fresh flounder ceviche with lime, zesty leche de tigre, onions, sweet potato, and Peruvian choclo for a bright, balanced coastal flavor.
