Our Flavors of St. Lucia Tour is a wonderful culinary and educational experience! Suit up in your Apron and Chef hat (provided) and let’s get started!

We start this tour by allowing you to see, touch and smell some of the amazing spices that are harvested on our small farm. Prepare a three-course meal with the guidance of our amazing Chef. You can assist the chef or just enjoy as he teaches you the ‘authentic’ St. Lucian style of cooking.

After you have enjoyed the appetizer, enjoy an educational walk through of our farm/garden. Here is where you will learn about various flowers, fruits, vegetables, and seasonings that are grown locally, and used to enhance almost every dish. Journey back to the kitchen and enjoy a tutorial on how to create a local main course and appetizer, both are on the menu of the day! Enjoy a sip of our local spice rum just before you are presented with your certificate during our FUN graduation ceremony. You are now a certified St. Lucian Cook!
