  • Drivers must be 21 years or older to book, please bring ID documents for identity verification (e.g. passport, ID card)
  • Drivers must possess valid driver’s license
  • Drivers are required to pay a $50 insurance fee directly to the local supplier on the day of the experience. The insurance fee is not necessary for co-pilots
  • Each Ferrari can hold three passengers: one in the driver's seat and two in the backseat. The driver books the tour, with an extra fee of US$20 per additional passenger. The maximum allowed passengers are two, reserving one seat for trained co-pilots
  • The Hop-on, Hop-off service is available in nine languages with pre-recorded narration: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, and Italian
  • Upon arrival, travelers receive a printed Hop-on, Hop-off voucher that includes an itinerary with booking details and a QR code for arrival scanning
  • The Hop-on Hop-off Tour begins when the traveler checks in for the ride and can be used for 24 hours
  • The itinerary may be subject to change based on weather and transportation conditions to ensure the best experience
  • Please note that refunds or compensation cannot be provided to travelers who leave the tour midway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons, such as a lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or accidents
