This small group tour is known for enabling you to see as many of the "must see" destinations in a day, but at your own pace and in an un-rushed and intimate group. More like a day out with friends, but with a knowledgeable and friendly driver/guide. For cruise visitors we sometimes use a 24 seater bus.

We then take the stunning drive up and past the highest point on the Faroe Islands and descending into the beautiful and picturesque village of Gjógv. here we may also get the opportunity to take coffee and cake with the locals.
Our next stop is the village of Tjørnuvík, the most northerly village on Streymoy and now popular with surfers...yes you heard correctly...surfers! Tjørnuvík also has one of the oldest Viking burial grounds where you can see the original burial stones. We usually take time here to enjoy our packed lunch whilst admiring the view of the "Giant and Hag" rock formations on the headland and telling you the legend behind the rocks.
Fossá waterfall is the tallest waterfall in the Faroe Islands. The stunning waterfall drops in two levels. The waterfall is located a near the village Haldórsvík. Besides its impressive formation, Fossá Waterfall is known for its dark basalt wall. Fossá waterfall is combined 140 metres drop. It is mighty impressive on a rainy day.
