- Children aged 11 to 15 years qualify for child tickets
- Adult supervision is mandatory for all children
- For safety reasons, children under 135 cm in height are required to ride as passengers with an adult. A fee of 500 THB will be applied for each child meeting this height criterion
- All participants must follow all instructions given by their assigned tour guide throughout the activity
- A safety briefing will be provided at the start of the tour, including local traffic laws and safety regulations, which must be strictly followed
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the tour
- If a participant arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to refuse participation. This will be treated as a late cancellation with no refund
- E-scooter equipment rental is included in the tour cost
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement

- Take the MRT Blue Line to Itsaraphap Station and use Exit 1. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk. Head west along Itsaraphap Road, passing local shops and cafés. Look out for the building on the left-hand side near Soi Itsaraphap 15—you’ll see the Jamming Thailand sign.
