  • Once your booking is confirmed, a QR Code will be sent to your email address
  • Please ensure your mobile phone and its operating system are compatible with eSIM. Please do so to avoid activation failure because refunds will not be granted in case of failure
  • The iOS must be version 12.1 or later. Please note that iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM, and certain mobile phones sold in Hong Kong and Macao do not support eSIM
  • The QR Code cannot be scanned if it is in the cellphone. Please print the voucher out or show it on the other device
  • The eSIM could only be used after activation. Please note that you need to have a good network/Wi-Fi connection when installing eSIM
  • The eSIM is immediately available after installation. Please install the eSIM on the usage date
