We are all about connection with the horse. Our horses always come first. Their wellbeing is our top priority: they are ridden no more than five times per week for a few hours a day, and spend most of their time happily grazing in spacious fields. We don’t overuse or misuse them—they are deeply loved and carefully looked after.
For beginners, this is a unique experience. You’ll feel a powerful blend of freedom, relaxation, adventure, and just the right touch of adrenaline. You’ll leave with confidence in the basics of riding and memories that will make you want to return.
For experienced riders, you’ll recognize and appreciate our perspective and treatment towards the horses. Even in mixed-level groups, rides are tailored to your skills. We will give you more freedom because we trust our horses will keep you safe.
My goal is simple: To offer such a positive, safe, and unforgettable riding experience that you will crave to do it again.

What's included in Escape Sofia: horse ride through Bulgaria's beauty
(Subject to Option Inclusions)If you are looking for a unique experience surrounded by loved horses, you are coming to the right place! First the pick up, either by the Hemus Hotel or when possible, at your desired location. We will drive for about 1h and 15 min. We will arrive to Elena´s home/farm, the owner of the horses. You will have the chance to meet the horses whilst we finish preparing them. You will be assigned to a horse most of the time in relation the your weight (please share with me your weight before booking as weight restrictions apply). Now it is the time to enjoy, relax and turn on your sense of adventure! Our trusty horses will take you through beautiful landscapes. The ride will last about 1h. Each person learns differently, I will show you the step by steps. If you are an experienced rider, we will accommodate the ride for you. We will untack the horses and be on our way back to Sofia. Drop off is usually at the designated meeting point (by Hemus Hotel).

Please share with me a link to google maps to the location where you wish to be picked up from. I will confirm with you if pick up is possible. Otherwise, please meet me at the described meeting point (by Hemus Hotel). Please wait for me outside at the agreed time.
Meeting / End Points
- If you come with the metro, take the exit European Union Metro Station and exit to the Hemus Hotel. I can pick you up in front of the Hotel.
