E-Bike, Apulian Sandwich and Wine

We start from Monopoli, a lively town full of life with an ancient village to visit together with the small castle on the pier, towards Capitoline, a sought-after tourist location renowned for its wonderful beaches: where a tasty stop awaits us at a traditional local bakery .A place from other times where we will taste excellent sandwiches prepared by the owner Minguccio who with passion and professionalism creates gastronomic solutions by combining products from the land of Puglia with a pinch of extravagance, accompanied by a glass of wine.Along the way back we will consume the seasonal fruits, picking them directly from the trees (figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries). It will not be a tourist experience, not a classic e-bike tour but a small adventure: local life, away from crowded places. *To participate in this bike tour a minimum height of 163 cm (5'4'' ft) is required
