Both wineries are intimate and full of character, and at one of them, you’ll enjoy a homemade meal featuring traditional local dishes — the kind of food the locals eat, paired with the wines grown just outside the door. In the charming village of Pinhão, we’ll board a traditional boat for a 1-hour cruise along the wildest stretch of the Douro River. From the water, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the valley’s iconic terraced vineyards, carved into the hillsides over centuries. This is not just a tour — it’s a journey into the soul of the Douro.
