  3. Pairing with traditional bread, a board of sausages and cheeses and toasts made from organic Portuguese preserves.

Discover the aromas and flavours of the most typical grape varieties of the Basto sub-region, their history and characterization. The indigenous grape varieties of the Basto region have a unique and distinctive character. Azal, with its citrus aromas and accentuated freshness; Padeiro with its elegance and freshness and Vinhão with its unique character represent the ancestral and exclusive terroir of the Basto sub-region, in the heart of the Vinho Verde Region. In this workshop you will not only be able to taste the flavors of Quinta da Raza's Vinho Verde wines, but also deepen your knowledge of Vinho Verde wines in general and the traditional grape varieties of our region in particular.
